About Heidi Glatfelter Schlag
Over the past 25 years, I’ve built a career at the intersection of marketing, museums, cultural organizations, and heritage tourism. I've led campaigns that connected visitors to authentic place-based experiences, managed major grants, developed regional marketing partnerships, created visitor experience strategies, and collaborated with DMOs, Main Streets, Byways, and Heritage Areas.
My experience as a staff member, board member, and volunteer with multiple organizations gives me a 360-degree view of the needs, opportunities, and realities heritage sites face. From historic interpretation to destination marketing, I bring hands-on insight into both the operational challenges and the transformational opportunities heritage organizations encounter today.
